When young priest Jud Duplenticy is sent to assist charismatic firebrand Monsignor Jefferson Wicks, it’s clear that all is not well in the pews. After a sudden and seemingly impossible murder rocks the town, the lack of an obvious suspect prompts local police chief Geraldine Scott to join forces with renowned detective Benoit Blanc to unravel a mystery that defies all logic.

Now this is what I call a MOVIE.

I’ve watched the entire movie collection, and this is by far the best. And that says a lot, since the others were great as well.

It’s so captivating, leaving us always wanting to know the next scene, the next act…

I remember there was a moment that I thought that the movie was about to conclude, with the great reveal of the murderer, buuuuuuuuut no, I was in the middle of the movie. Such a great plot, with every single frame of the movie flowing towards an awesome ending.

Since I was little, I’ve been a huge fan of Agatha Christie’s books, as well as the great Poirot TV show with David Suchet. And let me tell you… this movie arrives at that level of itchiness of wanting to know what’s happening, how it happened. Such a masterpiece.

Daniel Craig and Josh O’Connor coupled really well, awesome acting, leaving an atmosphere full of emotions.

This movie 100% deserves a 5 out of 5. Certainly one of the best movies of the year and one of the best in this comedy/mystery category. Really happy to have had the opportunity to experience a great masterpiece.
